Ingredients for 4 servings
- 2 Tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 cups snap peas (or sugar peas)
- Salt to taste
- Put butter in a large skillet over medium heat. When the butter is melted, stir in the sesame seeds. Stir frequently.
- Add the peas and cook for a few minutes until desired softness.
- Season with salt to taste.
