Sesame Snap Peas

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 2 Tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 2 cups snap peas (or sugar peas)
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Put butter in a large skillet over medium heat.  When the butter is melted, stir in the sesame seeds. Stir frequently.
  2. Add the peas and cook for a few minutes until desired softness.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
